The Season 3 mid-season update for Warzone is coming out soon, and it promises to bring a fresh take on the Call of Duty battle royale. The CIA Outpost and the Survival Camps have also been shut down, and new playlists have been added to Warzone, including the Blood Money Trios and Mini Royale Trios for Verdansk and Rebirth Island, respectively. The June 3rd update for Warzone has closed the downtown vault and led to the end of the 80s Action Heroes event. The XM4 also got buffed significantly, making it a lot more effective at long range and shaking up the meta enough that many people have flocked to it. With the release of Season 4, Warzone is now hosting the Ground Fall event, which features satellites raining down from the sky in Verdansk. In this game mode, contraband contracts allow you to get a weapon blueprint if you can make it out alive, and they also reward you with a bunch of cash so that it will be easier for you to survive. The latest update for Warzone was the Season 4 Reloaded patch, and it added the Blueprint Blitz event. There is no base battle royale mode this week. King Slayer on Verdansk has been removed from the previous week, and Plunder Trios was removed in favor of Plunder Quads. The most recent playlist update for Warzone featured a host of changes, including the addition of Buy Backs Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads. Downtown Verdansk and the Stadium are also seeing some major changes. Downed players will be able to return to the original gulag and there are also going to be WWII bunkers spread around the map. Mostly used to hunt ducks and geese, or to stop angry animals charging towards the hunter.The Sixth Season of Black Ops Cold War has arrived and Warzone is also seeing some updates because of it. However, one has also to consider the lower penetration of shotgun pellets. Whilst they have a considerable lower range than rifles, their spread makes it easier to hit vital parts if the shot was placed poorly. Shotguns are useful tools for hunting small to medium game.
